I just ordered my loft plans, and was very pleased to see easy to understand directions, with all of the tools and materials needed written out in a very clear way. Amazon had made a mistake with the shipping option, and the very next day, I recieved an email from the president of the company telling me that the discrepancy had been completely taken care of. **There is no shipping of the plans, you will recieve an email with a link to all of their loft layouts**
